Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. onions
    2 (8 oz.) cans seasoned tomato sauce
    1 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives
    few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    2 to 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onions and garlic until meat is browned and onions are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Cut in squares.
    Makes 8 servings.
