Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. hen
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    2 c. chicken broth or half and half with milk
    1 egg
    2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and add egg last.
    Pour mushroom soup over casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
