Conga Bars - cooking recipe

1 box brown sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine ingredients. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
