Buttermilk Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolks, melted margarine, buttermilk and vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
