Cathey'S Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans peas, drained
1/2 small chopped onion
2 boiled eggs (medium, large or 3 small)
3 to 4 baby dills, chopped
2 stalks celery (optional)
1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. mayo
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all together, except peas.
After mixed well, add the peas very gently.
Do not overmix.
Top with paprika.
