Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (1 c.)
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. soda
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar and add eggs, one at a time; beat after each.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add flour and sour cream alternately.
    Start with 1/2 cup flour.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes. Great!
