Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
