Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds beef liver (sliced thin)
    1 large onion (sliced thin)
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 large eggs
    1 cup milk
    3 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Rinse liver in cold water, pat dry.
    Heat margarine and oil in frying pan.
    Add onions and cook until soft.
    Remove onions and set aside.
    Add more oil.
    Whisk eggs and milk together.
    Mix seasoning salt and flour together.
    Dip liver in egg mixture; then in seasoned flour.
    Fry liver in oil until done.
    Top with cooked onions and serve.
