Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 can White shoepeg corn
    2 cans Ro-tel
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 regular sized bottle of Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Serve with SCOOPS corn chips.
