Cheesy Beef And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    12 oz. elbows or ditalini, cooked al dente
    3/4 lb. Velveeta, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet, adding onion toward the end.
    Drain fat.
    Heat together the tomato sauce and cheese over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Combine beef mixture, sauce mixture and noodles, seasoning with salt, pepper and a pinch of garlic powder (if you choose).
    Place in casserole.
    Cover loosely.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
