Cream Of Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 stick butter
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    celery salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped peanuts for garnish
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until golden, not brown. Stir in flour.
    Stir in hot chicken broth a little at a time and cook gently until soup is slightly thickened, about 25 minutes. Strain.
    Stir in peanut butter, mixing smooth.
    Re-heat and season with salt, lemon juice and celery salt.
    Sprinkle each serving with chopped peanuts.
