Steak Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 doz. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and cooled
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 c. salad dressing
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Saute a small piece of sirloin at a time over high heat in butter until browned on all sides; put in bowl and cool.
    Quickly saute mushrooms in remaining butter; add to bowl along with remaining ingredients.
