Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 small or 6 large potatoes, baked until tender
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
6 hard-boiled eggs
6 to 8 slices cooked bacon
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
2 toes garlic, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bake potatoes in microwave or oven until done. Cool and peel into bite size pieces. Mash egg yolks well. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir with potatoes. Chop egg whites and add to potato mixture. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix all together well. Cool in the refrigerator. Delicious!!
