Butter Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 large egg, beaten
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation

In a saucepan, heat milk until bubbles appear around edge of pan.
Combine oleo, sugar and salt.
Add hot milk and stir well. Cool to lukewarm.
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Beat yeast mixture and egg into milk mixture.
Beat in the flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
On floured surface, knead dough until smooth.
Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
