Barbecue Pork Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into thin strips
    1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 hot baked potatoes, split
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion until golden brown and tender.
    Push onions to one side; add pork. Cook until browned.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, water, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Spoon mixture over potatoes.
