Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick or 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Mix broccoli, cheese and 3/4 stick butter or margarine.
    Melt 1/4 stick butter or margarine and add 1/4 cup crackers; mix well.
    Save for topping.
    Layer broccoli, crackers, cheese and water chestnuts in casserole dish.
    Top with buttered crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
