Spinach Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well. Fold in onion, lemon juice and cubed cheese. Stir in cheese until completely melted.
Great side dish at holiday time.
