Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Cream oleo and 1 1/2 cups sugar together.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Stir together dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture.
    Chill about 1 hour.
    Shape into walnut size balls, then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Cookies will puff up at first, then flatten out with crinkled tops.
