Pineapple Candy - Sugar-Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can juice packed crushed pineapple, chilled
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    sugar substitute to equal 10 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into pan.
    Sprinkle on the gelatin and 1/2 of pineapple.
    Wait 1 minute until gelatin softens.
    Heat gently until gelatin granules melt.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in lemon juice and sugar substitute.
    Spread mixture in 8-inch square no-stick pan.
    Chill.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Contains 10 calories per square.
