Tangy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck or ground beef
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck with dry dressing and onion.
    Form into round balls.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Brown meatballs.
    Drain off excess grease.
    Add can of beef broth.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve over cooked rice or as a main dish alone.
