Light Chicken And Rice Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, thawed and chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In large saucepan over medium heat, heat chicken broth, chicken, corn, tomatoes, okra, rice and pepper until mixture comes to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked.
    Makes 10 servings.
