Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped fine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice, not minute rice
    4 chicken breasts, cubed and browned
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with nonstick coating.
    Heat broth and butter until melted.
    Add all ingredients, except chicken and mix well.
    Place chicken on top and cover.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
