Rice-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. diced bell pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1/3 tsp. salt (optional)
    3/4 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage; remove from pan.
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
    (Drain grease from sausage and blot with paper towels to remove as much grease as possible.)
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
