Dilled Ricotta Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat bread (stale)
1 c. ground almonds
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Ricotta cheese
2 large eggs
1/3 c. snipped fresh dill
2 Tbsp. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced lemon rind
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

In a bowl, combine bread, almonds and butter.
Press mixture onto the bottom and one-inch up the sides of a well buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.
