Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. corn, freshly cut from cob or 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. cooking oil
