Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
3/4 c. cold coffee
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and cream again.
Add dry presifted ingredients alternately with coffee.
Pour in 3 greased and floured (or Pamed) cake pans.
Bake 30 minutes, or until done.
