Pizza By Yount - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm dough
    1 pkg. dry yeast or 1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure water into bowl.
    Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar, salt and oil.
    Add 2 cups of flour and beat until smooth.
    Add remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in a greased bowl; brush top with oil. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 30 minutes).
    Punch down and divide in half.
    Pat out in 2 pizza pans.
    Add sauce, favorite toppings and cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until crust is brown.
    Makes excellent bread sticks, also!
