Tropical Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. almonds (optional)
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine chicken, fruit and celery.
Chill. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except nuts. Chill.
Just before serving, combine chicken mixture, dressing and nuts.
