Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    2/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. rum
    1/3 c. chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
    Grind nuts fine.
    Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.
    In saucepan, combine cream and chocolate squares.
    Heat until just melted.
    In medium bowl, combine nuts and sugar.
    Stir in chocolate mixture and rum.
    Turn into pan and refrigerate until firm.
    Shape into 30 balls.
    Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
