Fruited Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg (optional)
    6 to 8 center-cut pork chops
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit (dried)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In crock-pot, stir together orange juice, lemon juice, salt and spices.
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Place pork chops in juice mixture and top with fruit.
    Cook 8 hours on low heat or until pork chops are tender.
    Remove chops and fruit to platter.
    Keep warm.
