Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
pecan halves (optional)
Preparation

Mix by hand and shape into balls about the size of English walnuts. Press out flat. Press pecan halves on top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0. Especially good with spiced tea or mulled cider.
