Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food color
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs.
    Make a paste of vinegar, cocoa and food coloring; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and blend thoroughly.
    Pour into three 10-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
