Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium sized potatoes
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Wash potatoes well, then cut each in half lengthwise, then into 1/4 to 1/8-inch wedges.
Place wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Brush potatoes with half of the oil mixture and bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes, or until done and light golden, basting occasionally with the remaining oil mixture.
