Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 c. celery tops
3 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mixed pickling spices
onion slices
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 1/2 Tbsp. capers and juice
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Boil
together\tshrimp,
celery tops, salt and pickling spices 10
to
12
minutes.
Drain;
clean and devein shrimp. Alternate in\t13
x 9-inch glass pan shrimp and onion slices. Add 7 to 8 bay leaves.
