Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. rice wine
    1 tsp. salt
    4 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Put dry ingredients in a large bowl, then mix in liquids. (This prevents the starch from clumping.)
    Dip ribs in marinade, then let soak for 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0, pour off fat, turn ribs over and bake for 20 minutes more. Pour off fat, brush with a mixture of duck sauce and Chinese mustard; broil until it sizzles, flip, brush, broil and devour.
