Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh)
    salt
    3/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, Parmesan cheese and salt in a bowl.
    Melt butter. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges; drain.
    Dip in butter, then coat in cheese mixture.
    Bake in dish at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake 30 more minutes.
    May add more butter and parsley flakes.
