Grilled Oriental Sweets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. tamari (soy sauce)
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sherry
2 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
2 small, unpeeled sweet potatoes (each cut lengthwise into 4 wedges)
1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well and set aside.
Arrange potato wedges in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam 10 minutes.
Place on platter and brush cut sides with oil.
