Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 carrot, grated with potato peeler
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Stir and let stand or set 3 hours.
    Next day, wash sauerkraut good and squeeze dry.
    Add all vegetables.
    Put in covered dish and set overnight.
