Aunt Jess' Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    chicken, with salt and pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Put rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup and water and pour over rice.
    Sprinkle 1 package Lipton soup over.
    Lay chicken in pan. Sprinkle the other package of soup over.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Check at 1 1/2 hours to see if dry enough.
    If it isn't, take cover off and continue to bake.
