Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla and blend well. Bake in 3 (9 inch) cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
