Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Pour flour into bowl; add other ingredients and mix.
    Put on a floured board and pat out.
    (May be rolled out and cut into biscuits or you may break off pieces and roll with hands into balls.)
    Pat down slightly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
