Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
17 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. Nestle Quik

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
Add baking powder.
Beat until stiff.
Add sugar, vanilla, pecans and Ritz crackers.
Pour in greased pie dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Mix Cool Whip and Nestle Quik together.
Spread over cooled pie. Refrigerate.
