Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    butter
    sour cream (optional)
    salt
    cheese slices
Preparation
    Wash and bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and split lengthwise.
    Scrape out potatoes, leaving shells.
    Mix potatoes with salt, butter and sour cream.
    Spoon mixture back into shells. Add cheese to tops of potatoes.
    Bake or broil until cheese is melted.
