Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box plain brownie mix
2 egg whites (substitute for 1 egg)
plain nonfat yogurt equal to amount of oil specified on box
water as specified on box
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare brownies as directed on box, substituting 2 egg whites for whole egg, plain nonfat yogurt for oil as listed on box and amount of water as specified.
Mix as directed on box.
Spread batter in an 11 3/4-inch by 7 1/2-inch baking pan that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray on the bottom only.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
When cool, cut into 16 bars.
