Tea Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. water
1 egg
Preparation

Cut butter into flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Mix egg into water.
Pour all at once into flour mixture and mix.
Knead on floured surface as you would for regular biscuits.
Press or roll to 1/2-inch thick and cut in 2-inch size.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
