Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, halved, cooked and diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. green sweet peppers, diced
    1/4 c. dill relish or to suit taste
    1/4 c. sweet relish or to suit taste
    salt and pepper to suit taste
    4 to 6 boiled eggs, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Taste.
    May serve as a salad, garnished with lettuce and tomato (optional) or as a sandwich.
