French Meat Pie(Tourtiere) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
    crust for double crust pie
Preparation
    Have butcher grind the pork and beef together, passing it through twice so it is well blended.
