Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
6 tsp. plain flour
5 eggs
2 sticks oleo
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; slightly beat eggs and stir into sugar and flour.
Cut oleo into mixture; add vanilla and lemon flavoring.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Pour into pastry shells. Cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
