Creamy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 (1.05 oz.) bars milk chocolate, broken into small pieces
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa and milk; stir well.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add next 3 ingredients and pecans, if desired; stir until chocolate and butter are melted. Quickly spread mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Allow candy to cool for at least 2 hours. Cut fudge into 1-inch squares.
    Yield: 30 (1 1/2-inch) squares.
