Butterscotch Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 box instant butterscotch pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Put half of the batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with half of crumb mixture (follows).
    Add other half of batter and remaining crumbs.
